This house has been occupied by both MCR and JCR students in the past. It is located in Summertown, directly opposite the College house at 189 Banbury Rd. This means that there are shops for every need right on the doorstep. There is also a leisure centre very close, with facilities including swimming, squash etc. The house is approximately 15 minutes cycle from the City centre. The 6 College rooms are located above and to the rear of a shop. Access to the house is thus round the back of the building.
The rooms facing the main Banbury road are generally noisier than those in 189 Banbury due to the lack of double glazing to combat the traffic noise. There is no common room.
