The Hertford MCR is, above all, a democratic organisation. It is governed according to our Constitution and our Standing Orders.
The Constitution and Standing Orders are not a fixed set of rules; they are always evolving. All of our members are welcome to propose modifications to them, for discussion and voting at a General Meeting (GM). There are at least two GMs per term. They will be announced on the term card and you will receive reminders via email.
